Of those, The Road was easily the best. I dread to think what a shambles the film will turn it into.

Great collection of books I was really surprised to see the collection of books read by you last year. Of course as you said "the road" is really the best one in which there is a great tale of fathers and his young son’s journey on the road. I have even gone through the books which you planned to read in the next year really great collection. Thanks for sharing list of books with us.
Ringworld
Did you ever get round to reading Ringworld? It's an awesome book.. Niven actually followed it up, with a return to the Ringworld, to fix all the physics he broke in the first book! ;)

Haven't got round to that yet :) Will probably have a crack at The Man in the Maze next, or possibly some Barry Malzberg, or maybe even Sundiver!

Arthur C. Clarke rules
Arthur C. Clarke's books are definitely my favorite choice when it comes to a good read.
I must add that even though I respect electronic books, a real book is a totally different feeling. :)

I read it. I quite enjoyed it, though I thought it was a bit difficult to follow the main philosophical argument: could have been communicated more clearly, I felt. And the tone of it was a little odd. Still, nice read.

As you reach adulthood, it's hard to find time to read ANYTHING. I think the amount you read is excellent. Remember, reading should be for your enjoyment...not a task.

Its can be very difficult to find the time to sit down with a good book, and even more difficult not to get distracted while reading. I try to put a side half an hour at the end of each day to focus on some reading.
Is it just me or does
Is it just me or does reading books seem old school. I'm not just talking about reading hard copy rather than online, but books in general. I've heard it's still one of the best ways to "exercise" you mind.
